Sales Representative
Roomidea is interested in sales representatives who can follow up with customer inquiries, review project details, communicate clearly with customers, and help move qualified leads toward measurement, estimate, and order decisions.
- Experience in custom closets, cabinetry, sliding doors, interior renovation, furniture, or related home improvement sales is preferred.
- Design sense or basic space-planning ability is an asset.
- The role may involve following up on AI-organized customer inquiries and turning them into clear next steps for customers.
- Part-time or independent contractor arrangements may be considered for qualified candidates.
- Performance-based compensation may be discussed based on the role arrangement and results.

Installation · Site Work · Woodworking Experience
Installer / Installation Technician
Roomidea is interested in installers with hands-on experience in custom furniture, cabinetry, closet systems, sliding doors, room dividers, or related residential installation work.
- Woodworking installation experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on ability, careful measurement, and attention to site conditions are important.
- Experience with cabinets, closet systems, doors, panels, hardware, leveling, and adjustment is an asset.
- The role may involve working at customer sites across the GTA.
- Employment or independent contractor arrangements may be considered depending on experience, availability, and project needs.
Production · Workshop Support · Full-Time Role
Production Worker
Roomidea is interested in full-time production workers to support custom storage, cabinetry, sliding door, room divider, and built-in product preparation.
- This role supports workshop and production-line tasks.
- Hands-on ability, reliability, careful work habits, and willingness to learn are important.
- Experience with woodworking, cabinet production, panel handling, assembly, hardware preparation, or related shop work is an asset.
- The role may include material preparation, assembly support, finishing support, packing, and production coordination as needed.
- Full-time availability is preferred for this production role.
