Roomidea may contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or the preferred contact method you select. A Free Estimate request does not automatically add you to unrelated promotional lists.

Roomidea does not sell customer personal information.

Photos, measurements, and project notes can help Roomidea understand the room, opening, site conditions, product interest, and possible next steps. These materials are used to understand and review the project.

Photos submitted with an estimate request are not public marketing assets. They will not be added to the Roomidea website portfolio, project gallery, material library, advertising materials, or other public content without separate permission.

Customer photos should not be used to train AI models unless separately authorized.

Please avoid sending personal documents, payment information, identification documents, or other sensitive information that is not needed for the project.

Roomidea may use AI-assisted tools to help organize, summarize, categorize, or route estimate requests for Roomidea review. These tools may help identify the product interest, room type, missing information, photo context, and suggested next step.

AI-assisted output is for review support. Roomidea team members review the information before final quote, measurement scheduling, project commitment, contract terms, warranty details, or other customer-facing decisions. AI does not create final project terms.

Roomidea may use service providers to support website hosting, form processing, private file storage, email notification, or future website operations. These services should be used only for reasonable website, project review, and business communication purposes.

Access to customer-submitted project information and photos should be limited to authorized Roomidea team members, service providers supporting the workflow, and approved tools used for project review.

You can contact Roomidea if you need to correct information you previously provided or ask a privacy-related question. If you want Roomidea to delete or stop using information you submitted, contact Roomidea directly so the request can be reviewed.

Some information may need to be kept where required for project records, business records, service questions, or legal requirements.

Please do not upload identification documents, payment information, contracts, private documents, unrelated personal files, or other sensitive information that is not needed for the project.
