Warranty & Service Policy

Roomidea warranty coverage depends on the product type. Coverage applies to defects in material or workmanship under normal everyday home use.

Please keep your final quote, invoice, payment record, and written project confirmation so the Roomidea team can review the correct coverage if service is needed.

Important Notice

The notes below summarize Roomidea's current warranty policy. Misuse, abuse, accident damage, or damage outside normal home use may void the guarantee.

  • Five-Year Coverage

Custom closets, sliding doors, kitchen cabinets, home office cabinets, and entertainment units are covered for five years for defects in material or workmanship under normal everyday home use.

  • Three-Year Coverage

Bathroom vanities and laundry cabinets are covered for three years for defects in material or workmanship under normal everyday home use.

  • One-Year Coverage

Most hardware and components are generally covered for one year, unless the original manufacturer provides its own warranty terms. When a third-party manufacturer warranty applies, Roomidea follows or refers to the applicable manufacturer warranty terms by product.

  • Exclusions

Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or conditions outside normal everyday home use may void warranty coverage.

  • Service After One Year

Repair work after the first year may require Roomidea's standard labor charge, depending on the service request and product condition.

  • Project Records

Keep the final quote, invoice, payment record, written confirmation, and product details for future service reference.
